Wallexa is a premium wall printing company operating in the United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with our services and outline the contractual relationship between Wallexa and our clients. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

 

2. Our Services

2.1 Service Details

Wallexa provides innovative direct wall printing solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and event spaces. Our comprehensive service offering includes:

  • Custom design creation and consultation

  • Advanced UV printing technology on various surfaces

  • Professional project management and execution

  • Quality assurance and after-service support

2.2 Printing Limitations

  • We make every effort to print up to the edge of walls, ceilings, and fixtures; however, slight unprintable margins may remain due to physical limitations of the equipment.

  • Print quality may vary depending on the texture and condition of the wall.

  • During our consultation, we'll review your walls to ensure the design adapts beautifully to your unique space.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information including wall dimensions and surface conditions

  • Obtain all necessary permissions from property owners or relevant authorities

  • Ensure supplied artwork and designs comply with copyright regulations

  • Maintain clear access to the work area during project execution

  • Provide accurate contact information for project coordination

4. Project Process & Financial Terms

4.1 Project Initiation

All projects commence with a detailed consultation where we:

  • Conduct site assessment and wall evaluation

  • Discuss design concepts and client preferences

  • Provide comprehensive project quotation

  • Finalize project scope and specifications

4.2 Payment Structure

  • 50% deposit required to confirm project booking and initiate design work

  • Remaining 50% balance due before printing commencement

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash

  • Late payments may be subject to additional administrative charges

 

4.3 Project Modifications

Any changes to approved designs or project scope after confirmation may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.

 

5. Design & Technical Specifications

5.1 Design Development

Our design process includes:

  • Custom artwork creation based on client vision

  • Limited revision rounds as specified in project agreement

  • Final digital mockup approval before printing

5.2 Technical Parameters

Due to our specialized printing equipment:

  • Minimum 40cm clearance required from ceiling and floor

  • 30cm clearance needed on both sides of printing area

  • Printing limited to flat, stable vertical surfaces

  • Maximum 1cm tolerance for wall irregularities

 

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

6.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Design deposits are non-refundable once work commences

  • Cancellation after project confirmation may result in forfeiture of paid amounts

  • Partial refunds evaluated on case-by-case basis

 

6.2 Rescheduling Terms

  • Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice: no penalty

  • Same-day rescheduling: applicable rescheduling fee

  • Multiple rescheduling may require additional deposit

 

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed within 15-20 business days via original payment method.

 

7. Quality Assurance

7.1 Warranty Coverage

Wallexa provides 8-year warranty covering:

  • Color fading under normal conditions

  • Material adhesion failure

  • Workmanship defects

 

7.2 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty void for damage caused by:

  • Physical impact or abrasion

  • Water damage or structural issues

  • Unauthorized cleaning methods

  • Third-party modifications

 

7.3 Maintenance Guidelines

  • Clean with soft, damp cloth only

  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or tools

  • Protect from prolonged moisture exposure

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Company Intellectual Property

All Wallexa branding, template designs, and proprietary content remain company property. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

 

8.2 Client Content Rights

Clients retain ownership of personally provided images while granting Wallexa limited license for project execution.

 

8.3 Portfolio Usage

Wallexa reserves right to photograph completed projects for portfolio purposes unless specified otherwise in writing.

 

9. Liability Provisions

9.1 Service Commitment

While we strive for excellence, Wallexa cannot guarantee exact color matching due to surface texture and lighting variations.

9.2 External Factors

Not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances including weather, supply chain issues, or site access problems.

​

9.3 Liability Limitation

Maximum liability limited to total project value. Not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Amicable Settlement

Priority given to resolving concerns through direct communication and mutual agreement.

10.2 Legal Jurisdiction

Unresolved disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts under UAE law.

 

11. Policy Updates

Wallexa reserves right to update these Terms and Conditions. Current clients notified of significant changes affecting ongoing projects.
